Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day the company’s relationship with FDIC
· Open communication with FDIC and case managers during contractually required hours
· Execution of all required responsibilities related to the FDIC ORE Management and Sales contract
· Completion of all required and requested reporting on a timely and accurate manner
· Work closely with accounting department on invoice processing, partner payments and FDIC invoicing
· Ensure all requests for information have been addressed
· Communicate and coordinate bank closing efforts with closing team and asset managers
· Review status, budgets and expenses of properties under management with asset managers
· Coordinate efforts related to the analysis and remediation of land with improvements
· Assist commercial asset manager in coordinating the marketing and disposition efforts on commercial properties with the company’s sales management team
· Coordinate with Information Systems the implementation and management of required security measures
Requirements
· 4-Year Degree
· Background in managing real estate and/or mortgage transactions (commercial preferred)
· Experienced with real estate asset management
· Experienced with real estate foreclosure process
· Detailed oriented
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
