We are currently seeking a FHA Experienced Mortgage Professionals to be responsible for all details related to closing fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Reviews the submitted loan application to verify loan matches Automated Underwriting findings.

  • Orders and tracks all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met. Updates system, calendars and front of loan file with status.

  • Works with the borrower, client and closing agent to resolve questions and/or problems immediately upon inquiry or receipt of documentation from the borrower.

  • Provides excellent borrower service to internal and external clients. Ensures borrower service surveys maintain minimum rating of “highly successful”.

  • Submits fully processed files through automated underwriting system and submits to Underwriting Department for decision if required. Resolves issues and shows ongoing improvement in reducing issues identified by Underwriter.

  • Verifies product, rate and point structure according to client specifications.

  • Prepares, ensures the accuracy and timely delivery of commitment letters. Requests re-disclosures to be sent ensuring accuracy and timely delivery as needed.

  • Reviews appraisals, titles and purchase and sales contracts as received, submits them to underwriting if necessary, makes all required calls, system updates and orders any addendums required related to the review.

  • Track all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met and updates system with statuses.

  • If client specifications require: reviews loan for clear to close items.

  • Clears all underwriting conditions working with borrower and outside vendors.

  • Assures loans are moved to the appropriate stages and documents processed excluding delays outside of Fiserv’s control.

  • Completes borrower feedback calls on service provided to ensure that our service is to the client’s requirements.

  • Reviews and monitors pipeline reports on a daily and weekly basis, acting accordingly.

  • Prepares, reviews and generates closing documents according to client specifications and department standards for volume, accuracy and timeliness.

  • Reviews and approves final HUDs.

  • Resolves closing issues, reprints and expedites changed/corrected documents to facilitate scheduled closings.

  • Directly assists, supports and communicates with other closing department members, LFS personnel/management and closing agents.

SHIFT: Various shifts to have coverage between 8am and 9pm

SALARY: $14.76 - $22.16/hr

EDUCATION: High School Degree or equivalent.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years related experience or training.

FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Ability to manage flow of files, properly handling time sensitive documents, and to work independently, handling complex problem resolution as necessary.
