Our client is a well established commercial real estate finance firm that spans the Mid-Atlantic Region. They are currently seeking a seasoned FHA/HUD Underwriter for their team in Baltimore, MD.
Candidates must have eight to twenty years experience handling FHA/HUD Multifamily and/or Healthcare loans. Incumbent will handle analysis and underwriting of multifamily and healthcare deals. Lien Certification and MAP Designation is desired.
