Underwriter Responsibilities:

-Efficiently & effectively underwrite a pipeline of loans on daily basis consisting of FHA & Conventional

-Communicate effectively with loan officers & processors 

Requirements:

-3 years experience underwriting FHA loans preferred
-Knowledge of DO, LP and other automated underwriting systems

-Experience working with multiple branch locations a plus
-Positive attitude, Proactive and a Team Player a must
