The primary purpose of the Financial Institutions (FI) Account Manger position is to provide direct support to financial institutions assigned to the individual.  This would be inclusive of inside sales opportunities, referral tracking systems and related paperwork.  A secondary purpose is indirect support to financial institutions assigned to other FI Account Managers when the need arises. The term support includes research on issues, overall planning for effectiveness, resource planning, technology utilization and other issues which impact the relationship between the FI and our company.  

   Essential duties and responsibilities are to provide support to referral sources taking intentional steps to increase referral quantities, revenue and strengthen essential relationships. FI Account Managers are responsible for multiple sales driven activities and customer facing interactions including, but not limited to, selling products and services, application training, application administration, group training sessions and detailed reporting.  FI Account Managers may also be required to log into ACD phone queues while performing additional non specific daily duties.  Occasional travel may be required.
