• Ensure management of direct labor force of the company through the Crew Leaders by providing guidance, training and leadership.  This includes training, scheduling, establishing goals, executing measurements and performing evaluations.   Schedule and direct through Project Coordinators and Crew Leaders activities of the direct labor force (including contract or casual labor) and equipment resources to maintain performance in terms of quantity, quality and cost effectiveness. Ensure equipment, material and supplies availability to crews by providing for maintenance, repair, inventory and needed procurement or disposal.

  Attend project meetings to collect, disseminate and coordinate information pertaining to projects, and specifications review and resolution between/within the company and the client.  Monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external vendors to ensure a timely response to action items. Monitor program cost activity to achieve an “in budget”
