DESCRIPTION

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing a professional financial perspective to the factory and inventory control operations. Ensure that adequate control procedures are in place and provide financial information to factory management to aide in optimizing resources and attainment of factory goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support and assistance to the plant and distribution management for all financial aspects of the operation.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of annual financial and operating budgets for the site, along with periodic budget updates. Present the budget to senior management for review.
  • Assist w/ initiatives to identify productivity opportunities that will deliver year-over-year reductions in product cost.
  • Communicate financial results to site management and hourly work groups.
  • Monitor systems and procedures for analyzing manufacturing and distribution.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance management systems in a factory
  • BS Business, Accounting, Finance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid technical and analytical skills required.
  • Sound administrative and computer systems skills.
  • SAP Program experience is essential.
