FINANCE MANAGER

ACCOUNTANTS INTERNATIONAL EXCLUSIVE

Our exclusive client, a Boston area healthcare facility, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

This is a high profile role reporting into the Director. This individual will be responsible for all responsibilities related to accounting and finance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of annual financial plan including revenue, cash flow and budgets
  • Oversight of billing and collections
  • Budgeting and reporting of profit and loss statements
  • Month end close
  • Development of business plans related to finance
  • Preparation of physician comp and allocation models
  • Management of revenue control and cash reconciliation
  • Financial statements
  • Supervision, coaching and development of staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. MBA, CPA, or MSA highly referred
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience. Healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Experience with GAAP and strong corporate finance
  • High level of organization
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills and high level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to effectively manage a team
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills are key.
  • Client servicing skills. Must be able to establish and foster relationships in department and organization wide.
