FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR
Advise students and families regarding the financial aid process and assist them with general questions through e-mail, by phone, and in person. Inform student about their financial aid awards and the billing process. Be available for daily walk-in appointments. Process and reconcile all loans in the Federal Direct Loan Program. Assist the Financial Aid Technician in completing or developing electronic reports, disbursing aid, and sending and receiving data from the Department of Education.
