CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Minimum BA degree in accounting, finance or business management plus 10 or more years of professional experience in the area of accounting or finance required. Must have previous experience with the NYC Child Welfare System, NYS OMRDD and a history of demonstrated excel- lence in related leadership roles. The incumbent leads the agency's work relating to finance. Responsible for financial operations including cash management, general accoun- ting budgeting, preparation of finan- cial reports and presentations to the board of directors and the board's audit committee. Assures compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding Financial procedures. Establishes and maintains fiscal policies and procedures protocols. Supervises staff responsible for finance and manages internal audit program and financial analyses. This is a senior management position reporting to the President & CEO.
