RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and prepare operational data

Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting package including graphs and charts

Analyze data and present findings to senior management including recommendations

Prepare ad hoc analyses

Understand complex financial models and their impact on financial and/or operational results

Interface with department leaders to gather information

Partner with operational management to review and analyze business operations

Assist in writing user documentation, instructtions and procedures

Create productivity measurements and compare to actual performance

REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline

Advanced degree preferred

Excellent problem solving skills/experience

Strong system skills including Excel, Access and SQL

Superior analytical skills

Understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts and transactions

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups

Excellent mathematical skills
