Fine Dining Dinner Cook (experience required)
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) preparing, seasoning, and cooking - stocks, soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foodfor consumption in hotels and restaurants according to the Disneyland Resort's high standards of quality. Dinner cooks are also responsible for formulating and preparing complex recipes, baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming-meats, fish, vegetables and other foods, cleaning of kitchen equipment and practicing all HACCP procedures. All cooks need to be able to work any station in the Kitchen and will be required to perform a Mystery Basket as a part of the application process.
As a Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.
