JOB DESCRIPTION

FP&A Manager

Candidate will report to the Corporate Reporting Manager.  The position will oversee the forecasting process for a multinational $1.4B public company. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development of quarterly and annual financial plans
  • Overseeing the financial board reporting process 
  • Preparing and overseeing the preparation of various financial analyses of forecasts and actual results. 
  • Administrator of the company’s financial reporting and budget tools. 
  • Providing organization and oversight to company-wide financial initiatives as required

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • 7-10​ years of progressive financial analysis and management experience required 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/​initiatives 
  • Highly motivated self-starter 
  • Hands on team player 
  • Able to work under time deadlines
  • Experience managing in a team environment
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to analyze complex information, draw logical conclusions and make sound recommendations 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high skill level in Excel 
  • Hyperion Essbase experience preferable

Education Required:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance;  MBA or CPA preferred
