FPGA Development Engineer 1

In this position, you will be a member of a small team responsible for developing and maintaining systems and/or FPGA based designs (using VHDL) for telecommunications applications and/or digital signal processing. Responsibilities may include high-level and detailed design, implementation, integration and test, and system/FPGA maintenance.


Qualifications:
BSEE/BSCE/MSEE/MSCE or equivalent 0-2 years exp. FPGA development skills, including coding, simulation, synthesis, timing, and test. Understanding of basic digital design techniques. Knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog. Knowledge of Altera and/or Xilinx FPGA families is a plus. Understanding of telecommunications systems concepts and/or signal processing fundamentals is desirable.
