The Project Manager will lead a variety of business process improvement and technology projects within Field Sales Operations (FSO), including playing a key role in AG Connect (SAP CRM) system training, rollout, enhancements and user support. The Project Manager will work with a cross-functional team of business and ISD (IT) personnel to determine when process and system changes are needed and then translate these into system requirements, including business, functional and technical requirements. The Project Manager will participate in testing any changes to AG Connect. He/she will also develop strategies, scopes, approaches, and business processes for other initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of merchandiser service. This work will involve developing project charters, work plans, budgets, resource plans and using other standard project management tools. The Project Manager will also develop training and change management plans, track and report project deliverables compared to plan, and identify and mitigate issues and risks. In addition, he/she will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in support of various projects and act as a liaison between FSO, ISD (IT) and other departments.

Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of consulting, marketing and/or project management experience, including experience with data analysis and a variety of software tools. Experience leading cross-functional teams required. Experience developing requirements, creating training materials and providing user support for SAP software strongly preferred.
