The Entry Level Technician to our Fabric Softener Sheets Department. The Entry Level Technician is a team member as part of a high-performance work team. We offer competitive pay. We offer a clean, cool working environment in most areas of our facility.




What we offer


Acquire skills and knowledge to perform technical activities required for the safe operation of fabric softener sheet packaging and process line equipment to ensure the production of a high-quality consumer finished good. Act as a team member involved in activities to improve team performance.
Operate and maintain fabric softener sheet packaging line equipment to produce high quality fabric softener sheet finished goods. Equipment\: Slitters/Folders/Stackers, Cartoners, Shrink-Wrappers, Case Formers/Sealers/Packers, and Palletizers.
Operate and maintain process line coating equipment to produce high quality coated fabric softener sheet rolls. Equipment\: Tanks, pumps, coating process lines, roll re-winder.
Perform packaging or process line changes for various sheet formulas, products, cartons and case sizes.
Correctly perform and record quality assurance checks and complete daily production documentation.
Take an active role in shift turnover discussions, shift performance reviews and team meetings.
Maintain an awareness of and use Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic computer and math knowledge required.
Must successfully compete the Operator II Training Program within the required time frame.
Must have communication skills including reading, writing, and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
