Responsible for “as built” documentation and layout of existing modifications to mechanical and electrical system repairs/upgrades including HVAC, electrical distribution plumbing, fire protection, and process piping systems.  Provide the “in-house staff” with engineering support on facility issues.  This position is also responsible for the design of new, and modifications to the existing HVAC, electrical systems within the facility, office, and laboratories including equipment layout, ceiling plenum considerations, and hardware selection in a R&D environment.  

Must have Autocad with some facilities experience; Autocad MEP experience preferred.

U.S. Citizenship, Pre-Employment Background Investigation, and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
