Bosch Security Systems, Inc. is a full line leading supplier of security systems product.  We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our Lancaster location.

Develop design criteria from client’s input and secure agreement on complete design, evaluate projects in early stages and provide project management in accordance with Bosch Norms and HSE Guidelines, ensure compliance with all applicable environmental/safety requirements – EPA, DEP, OSHA, RBNA, HSE, CP Policy 112, HSE Excellence and DSP compliance and all associated government and Bosch reporting functions, provide consulting service to the operating product lines and tenant renovation functions, evaluate governmental regulations and develop compliance strategies, provide uninterrupted operation of plant utilities equipment and utility distribution, provide maintenance, repairs, and additions to all plant utility facilities, supervise activities of associate engaged in equipment maintenance, buildings and grounds maintenance and operations, and plant engineering functions, develop and administer preventive and corrective maintenance programs, plans, and procedures for handling of emergencies, and programs for estimating future maintenance and installation jobs, prepare operating budgets and plant utility cost allocations, prepare and submit reports requested by RBNA and ST for Environmental standards, administer and maintain ISO14001 records/documents, serve as Environmental Management Representative and Security Representative for LanP.

Qualified Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.  Candidate must possess 5-7 years Plant Engineering experience.  Must have knowledge of ISO9001 and 14001 standards. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Exposure to building management systems, control circuits, prints reading and design work. Knowledge of RBNA processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD a plus.
