TDIndustries, a leading mechanical construction and service company has an excellent career opportunity in the Dallas Area for a Building Technician to join our thriving facilities maintenance business. Building Tech (Dallas, TX- Love Field Area)- 5+ years experience in general building maintenance with strong HVAC experience. Successful candidate will have the following experience:
· Respond to facility service work orders (HVAC and light plumbing & electrical).
· Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and general facility maintenance tasks.
· Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
· Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into logs.
