ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Corporate Real Estate Services Department is responsible for maintaining all Express Scripts sites and for providing the services necessary to ensure that the facilities operate efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Strategic and tactical facility planning
- Acquisition and disposition of real estate
- Physical security
- Card access
- Food & vending service
- Repair and maintenance
- Corporate mail services
- Conference scheduling
- Reception desk support
Facilities also implements all moves, adds and changes of employees and contractors and is responsible for safety and ergonomic issues.
The Facilities Department works behind the scenes with Site Operations, IS and other department managers, helping to coordinate any physical changes and construction-related initiatives. A major challenge for Facilities is to be pro-active so we can effectively plan to address space needs before they come up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION LOCATION: FORT WORTH, TX
Perform administrative, clerical and coordination tasks of the Facilities Team. Act as Facilities liaison with internal and external customers and contracted service providers to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the work order to receive, track and resolve requests in an efficient manner. Update floor-plans and space-plan web site (Archibus) on a regular basis. Administer Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and repair tracking. Provides mail support for the facility. Receives documents and sorts incoming mail. Operates and maintains postage machine, arranges for servicing of all equipment including postage meter, printers, copiers, vending machines, bio hazard equipment. Provide administrative support for Facilities Manger. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
2-4 years office experience in an administrative support position.
Proficient with MicroSoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Strong verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills, along with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently.
Able to accommodate changing deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and flexible.
Ability to work in a team environment and flexibility to take on special projects and assignments.
