Facility/Estate Manager

A large private property in the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Facilities/Estate Manager to manage the property, staff, and outside contractors. The property includes land, residences, out-buildings, agricultural land and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in all facets of facilities/estate maintenance including: 1) facility construction, operation and maintenance, 2) property care and maintenance, and 3) equipment operation and maintenance. The candidate must also have specific knowledge and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Knowledge of agricultural operations would be an advantage to a prospective manager. 

Ten years of facility management experience is required. A history of steady, continuous employment with outstanding references is essential. Please do not apply without that background and appropriate references. 

The candidate must have a superb work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of mechanical aptitude, problem solving and analytical skills. Applicants will be tested for the above.
