Stor-U-Self Self-Storage is seeking customer service oriented self-storage facility managers. Managers' responsibilities include answering phones, generating leads for new unit rentals, administering unit rentals, managing customers, performing limited market research, maintaining all customer accounts, maintaining the grounds and interior of the facility, leasing trucks, advising customers of storage needs, promoting the facility in the local market, minor marketing, and other associated management responsibilities. Potential managers must have excellent customer service, telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidates must be motivated and organized self-starters.
