SUMMARY
Facility manager will be responsible for the managing and training 50 or more employees that are responsible for the movement and operation of industrial equipment including, but not limited to - deicing trucks, K-loaders, stair trucks, lavatory service trucks, heating/Air conditioning carts, air starts, baggage tugs, pushback tugs, belt loaders, snow plowing equipment and ground power units. 
 
Additional responsibilities include:  the pushback and towing of several different aircraft types - DC9, MD88, CRJ 200/700/900, ERJ 145/175/190,  737, 767, 757, airbus - 310, 319, 320.  Aircraft will be ground serviced (potable water and lavatory servicing) and then turned during scheduled operating hours.  This includes marshalling aircraft during arrivals and departures, connecting/disconnecting ground service equipment, loading/unloading baggage/other loads and conducting aircraft cleaning periodically or as scheduled (includes RON cleaning).
 
Must understand compliance processes of FAA, and state regulatory policies as well as Aircraft ACS Safety & Security mandates and TSA security directives. Must understand how to document all required employee training programs for all aspects of the operation and maintain records according to policy.












Required:
4 year degree
Aviation experience with below wing operation a must. 
Prefers 5-7 years aviation experience.
