PURPOSE
Responsible and accountable for managing and growing and Facility Solutions enterprise accounts that meet or exceed a FS $500K run rate annually working within assigned regions. Account assignment involves both individual and team accounts. Individual assignments for complex accounts that are beyond the experience of existing Strategic Account Managers. Team accounts for the existing Facility Solutions accounts and opportunities managed by Strategic Account Managers within regional markets. Responsible for managing the strategic sales engagement process (market resources assigned to the account). This position reports to the AVP Facility Solutions Enterprise Accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Develops strong relationships with assigned Strategic Account Managers.
2. Develops strong relationships with Facility Solutions local Managers and OP Account Managers assigned to the accounts.
3. Manages gross profit margin within assigned accounts to meet customer Proforma plan and annual goals.
4. Engages in roll-out plan with FS BDD and OP BDD for all new strategic accounts.
5. Continually reviews the performance of each location pertaining to strategic account penetration and service levels.
6. Manages contract renewal and updates and line expansion for individual assigned accounts
7. Utilizes FS Implementaion Team for product implementation for all new accounts.
8. Manages overall FS customer relationship, dealing with customer’s highest buying levels.
9. Coordinates interactions with regional and local offices of customer.
10. Develops specific account strategies to penetrate with additional products and drive customer compliance.
11. Facilitates information flow between accounts and the Company.
12. Establishes and conducts Quarterly Business Reviews for individual accounts and supports Strategic Account Managers when in a Team QBR role.
13. Develops annual business plans and budgets for FS product line related to assigned strategic accounts.
14. Develops and delivers presentations to prospective offices within an existing strategic account.
15. Conducts quarterly internal reviews of assigned FS business both assigned and within market.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience with a minimum of eight (8) years direct selling experience preferably in the janitorial or MRO industries. Professional sales training through a formal company program. Candidate should be competitive and self-motivated with strong work ethic. Must be confident and trustworthy with a genuine concern to balance both the company and the customer needs.
50% Travel Required.
