Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Faculty Manager / Event Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for designated faculty members associated with our programs.

Fundamental Duties and Responsibilities | ||
| · Liaises with a team consisting of Program/Project Managers, Associate Program/Project Managers, Senior Program/Senior Project Coordinators, and Program/Project Coordinators to coordinate faculty. · Manages the recruitment of faculty for specific programs and is responsible for communicating all pertinent information to all faculty (key point of contact). · Has accountability regarding faculty confirmations for each program or project. · Is responsible for developing and implementing efficient faculty timelines and providing clear communication in managing aggressive timelines; updating program and project teams regarding faculty availability. · Coordinates and/or liaises with travel agency for faculty travel – air, hotel, and ground transportation for dinner meetings, and interactive media. Ensures all travel meets the needs of program’s specifics. · Develops relationships with speaker faculty in multiple therapeutic areas. · Builds relationships with internal resource groups and vendors; participates in vendor management and evaluation as requested. · Tracks and reports work in progress in a timely manner; is responsible for updating faculty status at weekly team status meetings. · Maintains fiscal responsibility tracking expenses, timely submission of invoices, and processing expenses for faculty. · Maintains status reports and entry into internet based databases. · Performs other duties and assignments as directed. | |

Minimum Education and Experience | ||
| · Bachelor’s Degree preferred. · Two (2) plus years experience in project/program management related to medical education programs with the pharmaceutical industry. · Program management experience from start through finish in at least three (3) of the following: Dinner Meetings, Advisory Boards, Teleconferences, Speaker Bureaus, and/or Interactive Media. · Strong relationships with key faculty. | |

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required | ||
| · Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. · Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral, written, and telephone). · Knowledge and understanding of ACCME guidelines, OIG guidelines, and PhRMA. · Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage a high volume of priorities and suggest to supervisor workload allocation needs to meet priorities. · Ability to interact effectively with all structural levels of organizations including clients, vendors, and internal companies to meet team goals. · Strong relationship building skills with internal co-workers and faculty. | |
