Position Description

Family Clinician

Excellent full-time opportunity for Master’s level Clinician to join our Child and Family Program based in Needham, MA.  Responsibilities include providing a range of intensive systemic and resilience-focused home- and community-based services to children ages 3-19 and their families in 21 towns.  Provide diagnostic assessment, service planning, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and coordination of services to assist families in maintaining their children within the home.  Position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.  Supervision and training provided. Some early evening hours required.


 


Qualifications


 


Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline with specialization in Resilience/Competence-based and Family Systems orientation required.  LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or those in pursuit of such licensure required.  A minimum of one-year experience (grad school okay) working in family therapy required.  Excellent communication, organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word required.  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for limited local travel.
