Smith Farms, Ltd is a large progressive farm located near Minot North Dakota, we are currently looking for a highly skilled farm fleet manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all farm equipment, truck fleet and related machinery. Responsibilities include involvement in spring planting, crop production, and harvest and trucking operations. Housing, pension, company vehicle, and year-end bonuses are available to the right individual. North Dakota is a great state to be located in, we have some of the best hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation in the world. North Dakota crime rate is very low, and this is a great place to raise a family. We are located next to a 50,000 population city with great shopping, restaurants, and all aspects of larger city life less the negatives of big city living. Individuals with a background in heavy equipment, shop foreman, John Deere service, construction, or management would have suitable backgounds for training.
