Must be able to relocate to Chattanooga/Eastern Tennessee

Here is what you need to bring to the Table.

• 3-5 years of current QSR Multi-unit experience.
• Very high energy level and strong work ethic (55-65 hours per week).
• Proven successful history in people development and training. 
• Track record of success in P&L achievement.
• Ability to gain, demonstrate and coach operational knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Appropriate and effective communication in all directions including excellent written, verbal and group communication skills.
• Ability to plan activities, set goals, effectively manage time & work calendar along with all available resources to accomplish assigned tasks and achieve organizational goals.
• Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire your team toward personal improvement and operational development.
• Shows the ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of the team as well as individual team members. 
• Conducts and presents self with poise, integrity and professionalism.
