Our client is seeking a Federal Financial Manager.
Responsibilities:
Play the primary role at our defense client's site in the preparation of A-123 documentation including Process Cycle Memoranda, Flowcharts, Risk Analyses, Control Analyses, Test Plans, and follow-on Corrective Action Plans
Utilize detailed knowledge of United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL), particularly budgetary and proprietary accounting in performing required tasks
Assist in some of the Task Order Team lead management tasks to include plan development and measuring progress
Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects
Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Federal Financial Management Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited college/university
Knowledge of OMB Circular A-123 requirements and controls
Deep understanding and experience with control testing and development of control test plans
Experience with process analysis and documentation including analysis to support flowcharting
Knowledge of USSGL, particularly budgetary and proprietary accounting
Licensed CPA is preferred
Government financial audit experience is preferred
