Federal Practice - Deloitte Consulting LLP
Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you
to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
HR Service Delivery Consultants will consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies.  Consultants participate on large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients.  Consultants are involved in the implementation of custom operational solutions.  Responsibilities include executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation.  Consultants will have daily client interaction.   
 
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in the areas of HR business process design, HR
service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or HR shared service center design and implementation.
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of consulting experience, internal or external.
- Bachelors Degree. 
- Must be eligible to receive US security clearance
- Experience working in the Federal industry
- Flexibility to travel as needed
 
Preferred Skills:
- Experience executing project plans on large, complex HR engagements from analysis through implementation
- Experience with designing or executing HR Operations in any area of HR
- Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
