Federal Human Resources Benefits and Entitlements Consultant (31774)

Description

Seeking a Human Resources Specialist with prior Federal work experience in providing guidance and in administering all facets of Benefits and Entitlements, specifically PCS Processing, Voluntary Early Retirement Authority (VERA) and Optional Retirement in relation to Base Realignment and Closure Act (BRAC) events.



Required Skills

  • Human resource expertise that includes understanding of CFR Title V and X
  • Ability to lead project teams, develop action plans, set work priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience using MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on a daily basis.
  • Write and maintain standard operating processes
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client interaction skills
  • Meet project deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Proven experience as a team player.
  • Work independently and collaboratively based on the project needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interact effectively with all levels of organization personnel, clients, and vendors
  • Ensure that all work is completed within scheduling and budgeting parameters
  • Produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
