TOP COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN THE SOUTHEASTERN REGION IS SEARCHING FOR A FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER ON GOVERNMENT MILITARY BASE PROJECTS DIVISION TO JOIN THEIR TEAM ASAP.
This general contractor has established themselves as a regional leader in the market, not only in the federal arena and has proven on multiple occasions to be an unbeatable force in the general contracting industry. They have built their reputation on maintaining a competitive edge in the industry as we know it today.
Their project listing MAINLY consists of federal commercial construction projects and they would like to see a person with a good, well-rounded history of managing multi-million dollar MILITARY projects & people.
Simply put, this is a company that you will want to work for and has a major presence in all Southeastern states – primarily, multiple locations and multiple positions throughout the Southeast Region.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Government Military Base Project Construction experience as a Senior Manager on Federal Gov’t projects
COE relationships and certification
Somone that can also understand and end evaluate federal gov't proposals
Projects of significant size and vale $10MM to $200MM upwards…
Good tenure with reputable companies
Good history of solid employment on a senior management level
Degree helpful but not required – all contingent on the person
Salary commensurate on candidate.
