Federal Practice - Deloitte Consulting LLP
Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the
surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
Responsibilities
· Lead and/or participate in employee benefits, retirement, and/or compensation consulting projects in the Federal industry
· Exposure to clients on a regular basis
· Effectively manage clients, projects, and team members to meet client expectations
· Act as a mentor and role model for consultants and associates and assist with or provide leadership
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 5 years of relevant Federal industry or consulting experience
· Understand client business issues
·
Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients
· Ability to work well with other team members, and to provide leadership
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of Federal retirement plan, benefit plan, and/or compensation experience
- Experience in the Federal industry
- Must be eligible to receive a US Security Clearance
- Flexibility to travel as needed
