LARGE RETAIL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
POSITION: Field Human Resources Manager (2 openings)
EXPERIENCE: Must have prior Retail Experience as a HR Professional
LOCATION: Position 1 - Candidate can be based in any of the following states VT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, Eastern MD, KY, IN, OH, and MI / Position 2 - Candidate can be based in any of the following states MO, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN
SALARY - 75-90K
RELOCATION - Available
TRAVEL - 50-75% Travel - Extensive Travel Involved
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with all levels of the organization, developing succession plans, and leading the implementation of talent management processes in a field environment.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of overall Human Resource functions to include recruiting, employee relations, training and development.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal law
• Ability to mediate between employees during conflict resolution
• Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence
• Exceptional planning, coordination, project management and implementation skills
• Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)
• Strong presentation skills
Travel for this position is extensive: 50-75%
Work Experience and/or Education
• Minimum 5 years experience: 5-7 years in Human Resources Function, with a concentration on Employee Relations and Succession/Talent Management is required, preferably in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proven track record in building partnerships with internal and external business partners
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
