Field Human Resources Manager – 2 positions available

Candidate can be based anywhere in the division. One division covers part of the Midwest and part of the Southeast, and the other division covers the Northeast and part of the Midwest.

Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced Field Human Resources Managers with retail experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with all levels of the organization, developing succession plans, and leading recruitment in a field environment.

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years in Human Resources with significant experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Succession Management and Training/Development.
• Must have 3-5 years of retail field HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• PHR or SPHR highly preferred.
• Must be able to travel 50-75%
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comprehensive background in state and federal laws
• Conflict Resolution
• Must have strong background in project management
• Must be organized and detail oriented
