Factual Photo, Inc., a growing national investigative agency, is seeking applications for Field Investigators for the Grand Rapids/Lansing/Detroit areas. Emphasis is on surveillance related operations. Comprehensive training, combining both classroom and field application is provided. Duties:

• Gathers information by conducting surveillance; taking videos or photographs; conducting computer database searches; interviewing witnesses; securing written and recorded statements; maintaining records; providing periodic progress reports.

• Resolves insurance claim disputes by investigating insurance or worker's compensation claims; investigating facts; interviewing and taking statements from parties; reviewing evidence; offering opinions and recommendations.

 • Investigates accident scenes by reviewing items of evidence; re-creating accident scenes; identifying and reviewing accounts of witnesses.

• Provides information by answering questions and requests; writing reports about investigative findings; documenting accounts of witnesses.

• Helps in legal proceedings by serving court summonses; offering information and evidence; providing expert witness testimony.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Candidates for this position should have demonstrated the ability to work independently to meet required deadlines with a commitment to quality results and performance.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary within a multi-state area is required.

• Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook also required.
