The Field Manager will be responsible for supervising a large security staff at
numerous retail locations. Field Manager must maintain excellent relations with
client representatives, while ensuring that security personnel are delivering
high quality service. A wide degree of security knowledge, business
understanding, and personal organization is required. The Field Manager will be
responsible for managing all of Chicago’s metropolitan area, as well as the
out skirts North, South, East and West!!

   The Job is paying $28,000-36,000 per year &
car allowance will be included!!





Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of supervising and managing security staff.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Assist in the recruiting of new associates while out in the field.

- Ability to conduct and monitor both new-hires and on-site training for all
employees.

- Ensure client satisfaction through site visits, as well as telephone and
email communication representatives.

- Organizational ability; time management skills.

- Perform site inspections and ensure that post orders are being followed.

- Respond to incidents and provide service coverage as needed.

- Ability to submit and prepare payroll and billing information.

- Review company required reports for timeliness and accuracy.

- Perform additional operational duties as needed.





Requirements:

- High School diploma

- Previous retail or security experience.

- Must have reliable transportation. ( Your own personal vehicle. )

- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business dictates.

- Must posses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner.

- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.

- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test.
