Field Marketing Manager
Job Purpose/Role
Responsible for design, development, launch, tracking and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns that drive targeted growth in the Fireman’s Fund regions including co-branding, sponsorships, trade shows, promotions, incentives, direct marketing, and local events. Heritage rewards as an incentive is a key component of this role. Accountable for measurement and effectiveness of campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Designs, develops, launches and manages integrated marketing campaigns that drive profitable growth in the Fireman’s Fund regions and align with agency business plans.
Establishes success measures, tracks, and reports results. Utilizes metrics and measurement processes as a critical success factor.
Provides thought leadership to the field and has responsibility for evaluating and testing new ideas to increase Fireman’s Fund self space and drive agency revenue.
Collaborates with relevant individuals within and outside the marketing group to contribute to the design, development and execution of integrated campaigns.
Leads, creates and manages project plans that include the identification of milestones, deliverables and resources.
Manages and tracks regional co-marketing expenditures and overall effectiveness (ROI).
Uses strong written and verbal communication skills and influencing skills to ensure good understanding by all field participants of campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
Develops, designs, writes, edits, proofreads and delivers communications as required by the individual campaign.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree required
6+ years in insurance marketing or related field
Demonstrated understanding of agency business models, sales models and client service needs
Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance products
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively interact with and influence field stakeholders and decision- makers
Strong analytical skills, ability to generate ideas and solve problems
Critical thinking and ability to make sound, balanced and timely decisions
