You would be responsible for marketing execution and the implementation of local programs that improve H&R Block’s sales across multiple DMA’s. 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.

·        At least three years marketing or agency experience in a fast-paced environment.

·        Understanding of guerilla marketing tactics.

·        Media skills including selection and placement of advertisements.

·        Effective short and long-term project management skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications skills and proven ability to deal with all levels of management successfully.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bilingual English/Spanish
