DSC's Field teams represent the company's foundation. Currently we are interviewing for a Field Operations Specialist for our Wichita, KS market.
Qualified cnadidates should have five of more years experience working on collections and sales calls that need to be made and posses a mix of proven skills and attributes as demonstrated in previous jobs such as:
In the area of Communications:
- Ability to be aggressive when necessary, i.e. lot audits
- Customer Service is essential
- Skills of negotiations as well as listening and managing conversations
In the area of Management:
- Ability to deal with and handle conflict.
- Ability to follow instructions from your supervisors.
- Full understanding of DSC’s Core Document set and related UCC laws.
In the area of Technology:
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at a satisfactory pace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent level of performance as it relates to the timely entry of new loans and related codings for the areas they oversee.
- Educate and maintain the company’s strong sense of urgency culture / philosophy.
- Endorse and market the company’s ancillary and floor plan products directly to the dealer base.
- Meet target or higher level of performance as it relates to branch goals / budgets.
- Inspect branch operations for compliance in all areas of Policy, Procedure and Audit.
- Daily assessment of collections including performing on-sight dealer audits and documenting collections efforts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and conduct Repossesions
- Assist with field collections at the dealers place of business and/or residence.
