Field Sales Agents

About the Job

Due to growth within our company, Entertainment Benefits Group, Inc. is seeking highly motivated field sales agents to work in our off site locations selling our company products.  The agent is responsible to provide guidance on selecting products such as shows, tours, car rentals, hotels and special events promoting exciting products to customers on a daily basis.  There is a very strong emphasis on using product knowledge as well as strong deal closing strategies to include cross selling and up selling our products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong sales skills required to close the deal
  • Cross selling and up selling products
  • Meet or Exceed company sales quotas
  • Learn product knowledge details by participating in team meetings and off site programs
  • Provide assistance to customers with inquiries in person and at times via email
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an outside sales position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the internet
  • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy travel, sports and entertainment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate will have a strong background in sales particularly in the travel industry and or entertainment and sports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
