We offer a large selection of real pottery glazes that are water based, non-toxic and lead-free. Afterwords, we fire their piece in our high heat kilns. When the customer picks up their masterpiece it is food and microwave safe.
Our sales come from Studio walk-ins, parties and events. Events can be either in-studio or off-site. A large part of our off-site business involves helping companies fund raise, which we call FUN-raising!
We have many FUN-raising programs, but our most profitable fundraisers are tile wall projects where supporters of an organization buy a tile that they paint and hundreds of these tiles are then used to form a large mosaics, which forms a lasting legacy at the organization. It is fun and very profitable, where a large tile wall project can make tens of thousands of dollars for an organization.
We have four area studios: oxford valley mall, Newtown, Saucon Valley and Montgomeryville. So sales reps have a huge selling area that stretches from North Philly to Allentown and includes all of Montgomery and Bucks County. Our management office is located in Feasterville, and that is where the sales person's office will be when not traveling to visit prospects.
We are looking for a full-time Field rep to reach
out to Schools, Charitable organizations and all types of various clubs
and groups to sell our activities to them. Our activities include
painting parties, fundraisers, after-school programs, classes, senior programs,
camp programming, girl/boy scout badge projects, auction projects, coach/teacher appreciation projects and much more. A big part of your job is working with the client to suggest the right type of event to meet the unique goals and objectives of their organization. The field rep will only need to book business and will then hand-off the event to one of our 4 local studios to host and run the event thereafter.

Compensation
The full time sales employee will be given a draw salary of $400-$500 per week and their expenses will be reimbursed. However, the successful candidate must not view this as a salary job, but instead as a commission job, since the majority of the candidates compensation will come from large commissions paid for closing business. This is expected to be the largest component of the employee's compensation going forward.
A successful candidate should have a realistic possibility of making over $60k per year in their first year and much more thereafter.
