Electronically Minded-Computer Networking Savvy-Road Warrior Type-Customer Service Orientated?
Seeking a Field Service Engineer to service our systems in hospital and Long Term Care facilities within a 6 state radius.
The Field Service Engineer will service RF Technologies products and customer base via phone and on-site visits. Duties include PM, Installation, Computer Networking, and Travel.
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 3 years prior field service experience.
-Associates Degree in electronics, computer technology or similar field, or equivalent four years experience within the industry.
-Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting electronic systems, software, computer systems and installation related errors.
-PC experience required and the ability to program software.
-Hands-on training on electronics and computer hardware and network topologies.
-Hands-on experience on radio frequency and/or WI-FI network equipment.
-Demonstrated ability to work with difficult customers and provide excellent customer service.
-Valid drivers license. Good driving record.
-Must be available for up to 80% travel.
-A+ or MCSE Certification preferred.
