Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Field service Engineer to provide world-class services at hospitals & clinics within the Utah area. You will perform upgrades, maintenance, service & repairs on core Philips Cardiac Systems, Patient Monitors & Clinical Information Systems. It will be your responsibility to maintain excellent customer relationships through effective customer service, timely & efficient installations, service, & maintenance. You will also diagnose & resolve networking issues, close calls, return inventory, provide FCO & PM documentation, etc. In addition, you will be expected to help support the Philips business through the overall promotion of Philips services.


Requirements

Candidate must have a technical degree with a concentration in either Computer Science and Networking or Biomedical Technology. Must have work related experience in a healthcare environment. Ideally, candidate will have at least 3-5 years servicing patient monitoring equipment. Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. Soft skills to address customer needs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction are a must. Certifications in Networking (Net+) or Biomedical Technology through AAMI, Microsoft, or Cisco are a definite plus. Must able to lift/carry up to 80lbs, be flexible for regional travel, and be able to accommodate after hours work to include standby calls. Candidate must hold a valid driver's license, and have a driving record showing zero felony or DUI convictions, and less than three moving violations in the previous three years.
