Field Service Engineer - Pneumatic Tube Systems / ADMS Swisslog’s Healthcare Solutions division is searching for a technician to provide 24/7 customer support in hospitals relating to our Swisslog pneumatic tube products and our automated drug management systems. Based out of Kansas City and servicing surrounding regions, you will provide preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency and paid service, start-up of current systems, user training, and promotion of company products & services as required. Technical requirements include a Technical / Vocational School – Associate’s degree. Two years field service experience on related electro-mechanical products is desirable but not essential. Related military experience welcomed. Prior experience working in a mission critical, on-call work environment is beneficial.
