We are an OEM Service & Parts Distribution Center, supporting a distributor network as well as direct national account customers. We provide hydraulic, pneumatic and structural steel in a heavy mobile equipment environment.

We are seeking a Field Service Representative with responsibility for providing technical assistance and information to our distributors and end users through on site visits and by phone. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting equipment, repairs, training maintenance personnel, promoting parts sales and overall customer relations.

A clear understanding of mobile electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is required. Physical requirements are the ability to climb on, in or around all mobile equipment to evaluate the product. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of two (2) years training in heavy equipment or vehicle repair, hydraulics or related technologies.  Four or more years of field service experience, preferably in an automotive related industry.

Travel within North America is required.
