In this role, you will be responsible for customer growth and development in the southeast region.

You will have the following key responsibilities in this key position:


 


Professional:


 


·         Manage, develop, and grow the southeastern customer base.


·         Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.


·         Professionally prepare and present quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer reports.


·         Develop, maintain, and manage customer service contracts.


·         Professionally interact with the customer, and function as a liaison with other Honeywell groups.


·         Accurately maintain a LEAN inventory best supporting customer needs.


·         Interact with environmental health and safety personnel to specify life safety criteria.


·         Interact with facilities engineering to provide utility requirements for gas detection equipment.


 


 


 


Technical:


 


·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all Honeywell Analytics equipment, which include: Vertex, ACM-100, Satellites, Midas, and CM4 equipment.


·         Manage and maintain all associated Life Safety System documentation and historical data.


·         Professional install, safely functionally test, and thoroughly commission newly purchased customer detection equipment.


·         Perform all device functional configurations and software updates.


·         Align optical free path and inferred equipment.


·         Calibrate gas detection systems.


 


 


Monday - Friday travel associated with the position.



Basic Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in electronics OR military training in electronics or electromechanical systems.

  • 4 years experience electronic systems in a technical business environment

  • Valid Driver's license

 


 Additional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience or understanding within the multiple disciplines of Chemistry, Electronics, Power Distribution, Mechanics, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.

  • Experience or a detailed understanding of chemical distribution systems with a focus on toxic, corrosive, bulk, and specialty gasses.

  • Familiarization of PLC ladder logic programming, and peer to peer networks

  • An understanding of EH&S code requirements including NFPA and OSHA. Familiarization with NIOSH a plus

  • Commercial fire alarm design and implementation experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly set priorities & drive to completion

  • Monday - Friday travel associated with the position.
