Field Service Technician 

We are seeking a quality individual to join our top notch service team in the Baltimore, MD, area.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and technical skills and will be willing to travel within a multi-state area.  Overnight travel will be required.  A good driving record is a must!

Main Job Responsibilities 

• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
  
• Learn all aspects of chemical application systems including installation, troubleshooting, and routine service
  
• Maintain all customer records in a secure and confidential manner
  
• Manage customer route through sound time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
  
• Minimum 3 - 5 years mechanical experience
  
• Valid driver's license w/ acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
  
• Experience with electrical circuitry highly desirable
  
• Licensed electricians are encouraged to apply 
  
• Strong problem solving and mechanical abilities
  
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  
• Ability to set up and work from a home office
  
• Basic PC skills a must - MS Office
  
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
