IntelliPack, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated Field Service Technician to perform on-site mechanical and electrical repairs to polyurethane foam packaging equipment. 

The position requires:                                

• Traveling to customers sites


• Perform routine or emergency service in a production environment


• Install new equipment and assist customer with planning and scheduling installs


• Train customers on equipment use and care


• Maintain detailed expense, service, and mileage reports


• Work with customer maintenance personnel to troubleshoot problems remotely


• Require little supervision and ability to plan and maintain own schedule


• Maintain company vehicle, tools and repair part inventory


• Basic computer skills

The ideal candidate should have experience using test equipment (such as multi-meters, etc.) along with strong trouble shooting skills and a good mechanical aptitude. The position requires travel throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana with 1 to 2 overnight stays per week.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Associate degree in either electrical or mechanical discipline (or equivalent military experience)


• Minimum 1 year experience in field service preferred


• Good driving record, clean background, and pass pre-employment drug screen
