Our Need:

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain our parts-washing systems at customer locations in the northeast US, as well as to provide training on these systems.

Responsibilities/Capabilities:

Travel to customer locations to provide on-site installation, set-up, and service of parts-washing systems.
Provide training to customers on the proper use of parts-washing systems.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any issues reported by customers or discovered during installation and maintenance.

Maintain and submit accurate record of installations, service activities, equipment updates, and/or issues.

Promote company product offerings to customers to ensure effective and efficient operation of parts-washing systems.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality and courteous support in a timely manner.

Skills:

Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and offer solutions.

2-5 years experience in a customer service oriented field.

Must be computer literate.

Field service experience desired.

Valid, current driver's license with a good driving record.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of remaining calm and respectful.

Must be customer oriented with high motivation to assist others.

Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively independently.

Must be able to travel to customer locations with occasional overnight travel.
